Silvestrini family has always worked in the restaurant sector: we had "Lo Schiaccianoci" in Pisa from 80's to 90's, "La Vineria" and "La trattoria della Faggiola", in Pisa as well, and "La trattoria di Montemagno" in Montemagno, located above Calci. Two years ago we decided to be reunited in just one place. L'uovo al tegamino was born like a trattoria, and then we added the pizzeria. So it's family-run, with the collaboration of the girl who makes pizzas and she has been working us for 10 years. We cook tuscany dishes, but that's not all, because we also try to offer to the customers a space that remember the comfort of their own house, serving high quality meals and pizzas.
